Getting Started

1. Fully charge before first use using the included cable. The indicator flashes during charging and stays lit when fully charged. Disconnect the cable before use.
2. Press and hold the device’s power button until it turns on, approximately 2–3 seconds. Press briefly to cycle through the 9 patterns.
3. With the device on, press the remote’s pattern button to change the vibration pattern. Press and hold the remote’s power button for approximately 2 seconds to stop.
4. Press and hold the device’s power button to turn it off.

Care & Storage

Clean before and after use, then dry thoroughly. Use water-based lubricant; the manual advises against silicone lubricant. Follow the included cleaning instructions and avoid prolonged soaking, boiling, hot or salt water, and organic solvents. Keep the remote dry. Store away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, children, and pets. Stop use if uncomfortable, and stop charging or using the product if it overheats.

Returns & Defect Support

For hygiene reasons, intimate products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, tried on, or removed from their original sealed packaging. All sales are final once an order has been processed and shipped; change-of-mind and wrong-size, style, or color returns are not accepted.

If your item arrives damaged or stops functioning because of a manufacturing defect, contact [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos plus a short video showing the problem, including an attempt to power on or charge the item.

Approved claims receive a replacement of the same item at no cost. If unavailable, store credit or a comparable replacement may be offered.
